Awakening Spirit Shamanic Circle

Coming Back to Harmony is the theme of Awakening Spirit's first Shamanic Circle. A shamanic circle is an opportunity to come together as a community and create a sacred space for each other.  In our modern lives we can often feel hurried, drained and disconnected. In this free online event we will connect with eachother and discover how we can come into greater harmony through a variety of practices.  

This event will include drumming and rattling. If you have a drum or a rattle you are encouraged to have it with you.  If not that's fine too! All are welcome. No prior knowledge of shamanism (or drumming or rattling) required.
