Shamanic Journeying
American Shaman and author, Sandra Ingerman explains Shamanic Journeying as the "inner art of traveling beyond ordinary reality to the invisible worlds to gather information for transformation." As a practitioner, my role is to guide clients through the journey, allowing them to access their inner consciousness and intuition to gain valuable insights that can aid them on their path to healing.

I Ching Readings and Intuitive Guidance
The I Ching, also known as the Book of Changes, is an ancient Chinese oracle used for divination and guidance. It consists of hexagrams made up of six lines representing different aspects of life and the universe. The I Ching has been studied for centuries and has influenced many aspects of Chinese culture. It can be a valuable tool for personal growth and self-discovery, offering insight and perspective to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and wisdom.
Chakra Balancing
Did you know your body has seven main chakras, or energy centers? These chakras are the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown, and when they're balanced, you'll feel more grounded, confident and clear-minded. However, when there's an imbalance or blockage, it can impact your behavior and emotions. That's where chakra balancing comes in. During a holistic healing session, our team identifies any imbalances or blockages and works with you to clear and heal them. Please note that chakra balancing is currently only offered as part of our holistic healing session, and not as a standalone service.
